Electrical Manufacturing Engineering - FIber Optics and New Developments

Responsibilities

• Define and manage top level requirements for the electrical manufacturing of new programmes
• Define and implement a clear strategy about fiber optics related to new developments
• Define a Qualification path for monomode & multifiber technologies
• Participate in MFT to define requirements and industrialization of new work packages
• Build and consolidate a strong relationship with Analysis and Design Office
• Create a product portfolio based on fiber optics equipment
• Collaborate in R&T&D projects based on Digitalization, Automation and new technologies (fiber optics, high voltage)
• Drive implementation of 1st manufacturing with required shop floor feedback loops
• Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taking into account shop floor needs, time calculation and work preparation golden rules in accordance with applicable processes
• Specify industrial asset (jigs, tools, tooling, machin...
