The Role
Lead and manage a multi-million dollar electrical operations portfolio for a large engineering services contractor. You will have full regional P&L performance, drive delivery across multiple projects and lead a blue collar workforce of over 60 staff. This is a hands on leadership role with responsibility for operational execution, financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership (multi-million dollar portfolio)
• Lead, develop and manage field based teams (50–100 staff)
