Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an electrical supervisor to join our dynamic team at MC Design. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising all electrical activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring work is delivered safely, within scope, on time, and to the required quality standards. This includes planning and prioritising workloads, overseeing electrical manufacturing, installations, commissioning, and handover, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, client specifications, ISO standards, and company procedures. The role requires effective resource allocation, technical problem‑solving, cost control, and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement across all electrical operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and manage detailed project schedules, labour plans, and resource allocations.
