Electrical Supervisor

At Dornan we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor for a data centre job in Madrid. The role will allow you to work on our flagship project in the region, as part of a great team.

Your day to day will include: Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works (LV/MV, containment, power, lighting, earthing) to ensure they are delivered safely, on programme, and to Dornan and client standards. Manage electrical operatives and subcontractors daily, allocating labour, reviewing productivity, and ensuring works align with the project schedule and method statements. Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures, RAMS, and permit systems within a live or mission‑critical data centre environment. Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve technical issues, coordinate interfaces, and support commissioning and handover activities.
