Role Description
**Description:**
You will be the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer for the Specialty Engineering team which is responsible for developing and validating electromagnetic and RF requirements across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer you will be responsible for driving requirements development, verification activities, and system trade studies that ensure electromagnetic compatibility and RF performance of aerospace assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and refine E3 and RF requirements, then verify compliance through analysis, modeling, and testing.
+ Participate in cross‑functional working groups and trade studies to assess electromagnetic impacts on system architecture.
+ Integrate developmental and deployable hardware, ensuring electromagnetic and RF considerations are incorporated early in the design cycle.
