Role Description
Job Title: Electronics Controls Engineer III
Location: Columbus IN
Type: Contract - 1 year assignment
Pay Rate: $52 - $53/hr
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 9-6 (flexible within standard business hours)
Responsibilities
+ Own end-to-end test execution, including test automation and test result documentation in a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, following Agile practices.
+ Execute validation for over-the-air (OTA) software updates, connected services, and data-acquisition features, including normal, negative, and edge cases.
+ Provide technical support to OEM partners to integrate Cummins digital solutions from development through release.
+ Debug complex issues across the ECM, telematics device, OEM platform, and cloud or backend systems.
+ Develop automation tools or scripts to improve testing efficiency and expand test coverage.
