As the Retail Operations Manager for Field Force Management (FFM) within the Consumer Electronics Industry, you will be responsible for leading retail operations, sales performance analysis, and manpower management for agency-hired field employees (Promoters). The role ensures that field teams consistently meet company standards, operational requirements, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering excellent customer experience across all retail locations.
