Electronics Test Support Engineer

Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of ‘Extended Life Solutions’ for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for an Electronics Test Support Engineer to join our Production Engineering team based at our Head Office in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for the setup and validation of Electronic Test Equipment for a variety of electronic products for the aviation and aerospace industries. Examples of products you’ll be working with include Fuel Measurement, Audio Communications, Propeller Control, Radar, Compass, Clocks, Engine Management, Avionics, Cockpit Instruments.

In addition you’ll carry out regular troubleshooting and debugging of faulty electronic assemblies (PCBAs) to component level, determining root cause and advising of corrective actions. You’ll partner closely with...
