Tomaintain theentireelevatorsingoodconditionandnormaloperationatalltimes. Rescuespassengersincaseofpower failureandreportsall technicalproblemsanddifficultiestotheElevatorCompany.

Duties and Responsibilities::

Assigned fordailyrepair and test workforelevators.

Aware ofload demand and circuit breaker ratingsforelevators

Diagnose the main causesofproblemsfromthe elevators.

Monitoring the elevators systemand all otherdayto dayroutine works

Dailyactivityand majorproblemsfound to be reported to Electrical Supervisor

Anyemergencyand urgent matter must take immediate action

Maintaining allthe push button and manual operation in good condition

Should make technicalreport for allmaintenance problems

Report first toElectrical supervisor for anytroubleshooting for allbuilding elevators

Should endorse to outside companyift...
