This role will involve building emails, journeys, automations and audiences and all aspects of

building and executing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plus deep understanding email

strategy and email best practices. This role works closely with Salesforce Platform teams, as

well as client-facing and employee success departments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated,

creative, passionate about marketing automation, and is an established thought leader.

Responsibilities

• The email associate will develop and implement campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to nurture engagement and retention both internally and externally.
• Build and launch emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
