Role Description

At BMW Car IT, a wholly owned subsidiary of BMW AG, we live and breathe software. We design and implement embedded software for electronic control units of the BMW cars as well as related tools and frameworks. We develop innovative graphics software for embedded automotive systems, collaborating closely with UX, hardware, and system architecture teams to deliver premium in-vehicle experiences.
What awaits you?
You design and develop modern graphics software for embedded systems in current and future BMW vehicle platforms.

You develop and optimize graphics stacks, including OpenGL ES, Vulkan, and GPU driver integration for embedded automotive systems.

Furthermore, you implement rendering pipelines, compositing mechanisms, and performance-critical graphics functions.
