Role Description

Your role
Support teams and provide guidance on maintenance compliance
Track and monitor maintenance compliance and report back to line manager
Identify areas of improvement and escalate accordingly
To assist the Senior manager – EMEA Change and Maintenance Management in defining and implementing the Change and Maintenance Management policies, process, and procedure, working with sites to ensure adoption, improving, and optimising where appropriate, and owning specific objectives as required.
Oversee Change and Maintenance compliance including following up with country and site teams..
Assisting with developing and promoting Change and Maintenance management community.
Assisting with the development and promotion of Change and Maintenance management training materials.
Providing a link to other communities as required – Change Management/ DE&C / Customer transition etc.
