Role Description
Lead employee development as an Employee Training and Development Specialist. Focus on enhancing skills through tailored training programs that equip staff for success in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include designing and managing both onboarding and ongoing training efforts while collaborating closely with various departments to identify training needs. Proficiency in adult learning principles and excellent communication capabilities will help ensure your training is effective and engaging for employees of all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive training materials and modules

• Facilitate both structured and informal training sessions

Requirements:
