In the CAN-STEP program, your work will empower individuals aged 15-30 by providing comprehensive training and job market preparation. You'll lead workshops that develop essential skills, support personalized job searches, and engage with community partners to promote program visibility. Additionally, you'll ensure the effective administration of participant records and track progress through the program.
