Enablement Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Training and Enablement Team. This role supports client onboarding, implementation readiness, user training, and post‑launch enablement across the company's technology solutions. Working closely with the Learning & Enablement Lead, the successful candidate will help ensure each client receives a well‑structured set‑up, a smooth onboarding experience, and practical support that drives confident adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding and Enablement

• Support discovery and requirements discussions to understand client needs, workflows, and objectives.
• Assist in preparing and completing initial platform set‑up and configuration based on approved scope.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, user walkthroughs, and orientation programmes in a clear and professional manner.
