End User Computing Engineer

Provide first-line support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in onboarding new users, including setup and configuration of devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance EUC solutions.
Maintain documentation of support processes and update knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and IT policies.
Participate in training sessions to educate users on new technologies and processes.
