Job Overview

The Resident Engineer Workspace ONE will provide Level 3 technical support, administration, and operational management of Omnissa Workspace ONE, ensuring platform stability, security, and efficient endpoint management across the enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM, Access).
• 3+ years of experience with Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE.
• Manage device enrollment, application deployment, user access, and security policies.
• Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance.
