End User Services Architect

We are seeking an End User Services Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure end‑user services. In this role, you will shape our technology roadmap, champion best practices, and ensure our end‑user environment is modern, reliable, and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the End User Services architecture, including technology selection and roadmaps, in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for End User Services, guiding and supporting teams across IT.
• Track industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate them into our services.
• Participate in architectural governance and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet established security and compliance standards.
