Endpoint Operations Specialist About the Role The Endpoint Operations Specialist is a 2nd-level operational role responsible for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the endpoint management platforms, with primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM). The position executes established platform direction, standards, and architectures defined by the Endpoint Solution Specialists (3rd level). The role ensures consistent deployment, configuration, packaging, and lifecycle maintenance across the device fleet at scale, following agreed processes and governance. The specialist collaborates closely with Solution Specialists to implement technical decisions, perform operational troubleshooting, and maintain platform health.
