Area of Responsibility

• The Lead Engineer – Energy Storage Systems is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end engineering and development of automotive energy storage commodities (battery packs, battery systems, related subsystems) within the powertrain domain.
• The role covers the complete product lifecycle from Kick‑Off (KO) to Start of Production (SOP), ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost, quality, and timing adherence.
• Should have an ability to conduct benchmarking studies and propose innovative solutions.
• Good understanding of PCDS and major gateways
