Position Requirements

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to work closely with vivovii leadership on product development and client service delivery.

Key Activities for the Role

• Conduct interviews, surveys and assessments to assist Engagement Leader to define scope
• Perform analysis to develop business insight, build consensus and momentum
• Lead engagement workstreams, ensuring successful implementation and embedding
• Own senior relationships and deliver premium client service
• Work with Consulting Partners to develop proprietary content, in multi‑media formats
• Participate in research with leading academics to push the frontiers of understanding in management theory
