Role Description
- Drive and continuously improve audio technical standards and best practices within the company.
- Collaborate with Audio team members to review departmental progress, system performance, and technical requirements.
- Research new audio technologies, equipment, and industry developments, and cascade relevant knowledge to the team.
- Train, supervise, and mentor Technicians and Crew in the safe setup, operation, and maintenance of audio equipment.
- Work as part of the Audio team both on-site and off-site across multiple event scales.
- Configure and optimize audio systems at an advanced level, including system tuning and alignment.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of professional audio equipment, staying up to date with the latest consoles, loudspeaker systems, RF technologies, and audio networking.
- Lead by example, maintaining consistent performance and professional conduct at all times.
