Role Description

About the role
Reporting to the Asset Class Manager – Capacity & Distribution, you’ll work across engineering, operations and asset management teams to support the safety, reliability and long-term performance of Jemena’s gas network. 
This role combines technical engineering, problem solving and stakeholder collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to strategic asset planning and innovation initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Support the development and continuous improvement of cathodic protection strategies 
Design, review and optimise CP systems for gas distribution infrastructure 
Analyse performance data and identify practical, risk-based improvement opportunities 
Contribute to asset integrity reviews, risk assessments and lifecycle planning 
Provide technical support to operational and maintenance teams 
Participate in field inspections, commissioning and troubleshooting activities
