We are looking for a skilled **Engineer I, Product Development** to support the sustaining and new product development for fiber connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve design issues, and recommend and document effective solutions.

**Engineering Expertise**

+ Create documentation of product requirements based on industry standards.
+ Support designs of new components and assemblies.
+ Create documentation to support the release of new and modified products.
+ Support the optical and mechanical testing of fiber optic products.
+ Work with Manufacturing on process development and introductions of new products into Manufacturing.
+ Perform data analysis and evaluation.
+ Leads and maintains project scopes...
