Engineer II

Duties/Behaviors:

+ Assist and participate with consultants in the implementation and support of Collaboration solutions for clients.

+ Install, configure, support, monitor, test, optimize, and troubleshoot problems pertaining to deployment, integration, and implementation of new hardware and software in basic client network environments based on designs developed by consultants.

+ Work under the direction of a consultant to implement migration strategies, implementation plans, risk mitigation plans, test plans, and disaster recovery plans for Collaboration solutions.

+ Participate as a peer team member in the implementation and support of Collaboration solutions for clients.

+ Use a checklist to complete tasks: Work under the guidance of a consultant and work alone when given goals to complete.

+ Act as a technical lead for SMB-sized clients.

+ Provide Tier 1 support for network and Collaboration infrastructures.
