Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will manage day-to-day operational complaints and assist the Deputy Manager/Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. The role includes oversight of systems such as NFSD (Non-Fire Suppression Devices), laundry equipment, and water distribution networks, and acting as the primary point of contact for coordination with the project team.

• Handle day‑day complaints related to mechanical operations and provide timely resolutions.
