Supply Commit & Production Planning
Plan production loading and output to meet demand under capacity and inventory constraints
Use MES/SAP to improve planning accuracy and production efficiency
Coordinate shipment plans and weekly execution across Planning and Supply Chain
Align priorities and resolve cross-functional issues to meet weekly demand targets
Define lot priorities to support customer and shipment requirements
Performance Monitoring & Tactical Planning
Monitor production KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Track plan misses and perform weekly back...
