Responsibilities
1. To support New Product & Process Transfer.
To fulfill smooth transfer and support qualification of New Product Introduction packages from Technology Development (TD) sites to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) sites and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Facilitate the build of customer, engineering samples for NPI products and packages and supply ideas for cost reduction, process simplification and working flow optimization.
2. Process, Material, and Equipment Support
