Engineer - Production, Dipping

• The incumbent assists the Production Manager in maintaining and troubleshooting daily production processes and resolving product quality issues. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements and enforcing company rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements by following and regularly updating written work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
• Review production checklists and reports, address exceptions or findings with the relevant personnel, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor glove quality through QAI and departmental reports, investigate issues with relevant teams, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions taken by Supervisors to confirm problems are fully rectified.
• Supervise and evaluate Supervisors’ performance against their job descriptions.
