Objective
- Production Improvement, shop floor supervision, line leaders & representative
Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of powder coating process : Pretreatment , curing, application methods (electrostatic spray, fluidized bed).
- Liquid painting proficiency
- Production Achievement as per Schedule
- Manpower handling
- 5S & Kaizen implement
- Reduce rework & Rejections
- Cost saving
