Engineering and Quality Supervisor

- Responsible for managing the manufacturing engineering and product quality assurance departments for new product launches and mass production.
- Manages the APQP process for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Leads the industrialization of production processes on the factory floor.
- Oversees the ongoing maintenance of AMEF and the Plan and Control system.
