Engineering Assistant

Engineering Assistant is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic storage systems, and related automation equipment. You will ensure system performance, minimize downtime, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will report to Production engineering lead based in Singapore.

• Provide first‑level technical support for mobile robots, lift, racks, conveyors, charging stations, and automation peripherals.
• Respond promptly to equipment alarms, faults, and system downtime.
• Support daily warehouse or manufacturing operations to maintain equipment uptime and system availability.
• Perform preventive maintenance for mobile robots.
