Stampede Engineering Lead 
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from conception to finished product and ensure that teams are meeting those deadlines
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
Ensure responsiveness of applications.
Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, management, and external parties
Develop applications based on technical/functional design documents and maintain applications.
Manage productivity of the technical team and implement improvements
Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
Requirements:
