Engineering Lead (Retail)

As the engineering lead for Lending, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain our loan origination, loan management, and collection systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

• As manager, lead and mentor a team of software engineers reporting to you in design, development, and maintenance of retail and SME lending system.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
