Engineering Manager

Everbridge is seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager to join our Auckland engineering team. This role is ideal for a technical leader who wants to stay close to the code while also taking on people leadership responsibilities, helping a team deliver high‑quality software and grow in capability. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing our agentic AI platform used by our SaaS solution.

Our technology stack is diverse, and we value engineers who are adaptable and eager to embrace new challenges with a technology‑agnostic approach. While the project you will be working on utilizes AWS Bedrock, React, Node.js, Java and Python, we encourage applications from candidates experienced in other technologies.
