Role Description

Responsibilities
 :Collaborate with Product and Design on team roadmap and priorities 
Execute and deliver on the roadmap in collaboration with Product and Design
Direct line management for all the engineers in the squad. 
Drive work and epic breakdown for effective estimation, capacity planning and delivery 
Manage and unblock technical dependencies with other teams where required
Champion and adopt Architectural and Engineering best practices 
Accountable to the System Health, Secure coding and Tech debt backlog 
Improve engineering efficiency for the squads
Accountable to reporting on delivery metrics for their squad
Mentor and coach software engineers in progressive engineering practices 
Participate in and contribute to cross domain technology forums 
Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Architects to drive Solution Design for large initiatives
