Engineering Manager

We‘re Hiring | Engineering Manager – The Engineering Manager – will be responsible for the engineering around the physical store operations and day to day realities, driving the performance and innovation of store operations including Store Inventory Management (SIM), Task Management and enhance the customer journey inside the store.

This role serves as the technical and delivery leader bridging engineering excellence and business value. The purpose is to enable seamless in-store experiences, ensure operational reliability, and lead the API-driven and AI-augmented platforms. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in enhancing developer productivity, embedding AI and LLM capabilities across engineering workflows, and ensuring system scalability and resilience across hundreds of stores.
