Engineering Manager - Consumer Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering teams, especially in our Consumer Solutions (B2C - consumer-facing products) vertical. As an Engineering Manager, you will be working with the product, design, operations, data, and other engineering teams to craft and execute product strategies delivered with good engineering practices.

You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our direction and drive innovation as we expand. You’ll be involved in either creating and launching new products or improving existing features, improving the user journey, conducting experiments, integrating partner services, and handling operational issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make a real impact on millions of users across Indonesia.
