Engineering Manager, Design Integration

Overview We have an exciting and innovative new team focused on new and groundbreaking projects, allowing a chance to influence future design decisions – and we want you to be part of it! For this role, you can be based in either our Pickering or Mississauga, ON, offices, within a hybrid working environment.

As the Engineering Manager, Design Integration, reporting to the Engineering Director, New Build FEED, you will act as both a systems design integration lead and the people leader for a growing team of innovative and creative discipline‑focused engineers. The team is in start‑up mode, so this is a hands‑on position, with everyone helping to achieve our commitments, and go above and beyond to impress our clients. Our team will always be the first in the door with potential new build clients, so enabling follow‑on large‑scale projects for our company and repeat business for ourselves are our goals.
