Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Engineering Department strategy aligned with business goals and the OEM plug‑and‑play model.
• Establish departmental objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
• Represent the Engineering function to senior management, OEMs, distributors and international partners.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all engineering projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage multiple parallel programs in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments while prioritizing and optimizing resources.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and execution challenges to meet program milestones.
• Ensure engineering processes, workflows and procedures are efficient, standardized and compliant with internal policies.
