About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Rubrik Backup Service (RBS) development team. This critical role involves owning the complete, end-to-end lifecycle of Rubrik's cross-platform backup agent, from architecture and development through release qualification and resolution of customer issues. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in systems software with proven people leadership and a strong history of delivering reliable, enterprise-grade software.

The Team

The RBS team is a key part of the Enterprise Data Protection (EDP) group at Rubrik. The team is responsible for the crucial, cross-platform backup agent that operates on customer hosts across Windows, Linux, and Unix.
