System Engineering Manager H/F

Role Definition

SEM supports the Project Technical Manager providing engineering coordination and carrying out of all activities in defined systems deemed critical for the project (i.e. underground network, 3D CAD model, complex package systems, modules, etc.).

Main tasks and responsibilities of SEM during projects execution will be:

▪ Ensure carrying out of all engineering activities in defined engineering systems / plant areas that support procurement of materials and construction

▪ Ensure coordination / supervision of multidisciplinary engineering activities for a defined system / plant area, carried out by external Saipem Engineering Operating Centres

▪ Facilitate technical decisions in case of different positions or conflicts between disciplines

▪ Ensure review / application of contractual documents within own area of responsibility
