Engineering Manager

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the execution of engineering activities across all disciplines – Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Structural, Electrical and I&C – for FEED and detailed design projects. Ensure timely preparation and issuance of all engineering deliverables in line with project schedules, budgets and quality requirements. Coordinate closely with procurement and vendor teams for preparation of MRs, technical bid evaluations and review approval of vendor documents. Ensure all engineering designs comply with project specifications, Basis of Design (BOD), applicable international codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, etc.) and licensor requirements where applicable. Lead interdisciplinary coordination and resolve interface issues through regular design reviews and model reviews to ensure consistency across all engineering outputs.
