Engineering Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in 3D modeling, drafting, and engineering documentation who can guide day-to-day execution while maintaining high quality standards. The successful candidate will bring hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD and ideally SolidWorks, along with the ability to support a team of nine through clear direction and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:
