Engineering Manager - Salesforce

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager / Tech Delivery Manager with strong Salesforce expertise who can code when needed, lead delivery, and manage enterprise client expectations .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach model —driving architecture and delivery while actively contributing to solution design, troubleshooting, and critical development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–14 years of IT experience with 5–8 years in Salesforce hands-on development
• Strong expertise in:
• Apex, LWC, Lightning Components
• Salesforce configuration & customization
• Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Solid experience with:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud is a plus
