**Position Summary**

The Engineering Manager reports to the Plant Leader and is responsible for managing, planning, directing, and coordinating the Manufacturing and Product Development engineering departments. This position plays a vital role as a member of the plant leadership team and is instrumental in leading continuous improvement efforts, process efficiency improvements, validating processes and lean manufacturing initiatives.
