Engineering Operations Technician, DCEO

We are looking for a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. A Data Center Engineering Operations Technician is a hands‑on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation responder. You'll use your electrical and mechanical skills to solve problems and help maintain one of the world's largest information system infrastructures.

Key job responsibilities

• Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and encourage a world‑class safety culture. Remediate safety risks/issues with other teams and own safety initiatives.
• Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, including UPSs, switchgear, circuit breakers, ATSs, diesel generators, chillers, HVAC, exhaust fans, VFDs, transformers.
• Troubleshoot events within internal service level agreements.
