Engineering Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Running of engineering store and control stock levels.
• Managing of spares and maintenance admin including audits.
• Plan & prepare work packages for every planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Control stock levels on both critical spares, consumables and engineering spares.
• Order, receive, supervise and manage spares in storeroom.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly planning for maintenance shutdown and maintenance stoppages.
• Ensure to execute Gemba-walks to improve overall efficiency.
• Coordinate to rebuild spare equipment through internal services and external.
• Archive the drawings, manuals and other documents to assist artisans with repairs or modifications.
