Engineering Software Support Analyst

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred;
  equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of professional experience working as a CAD administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with the Autodesk software suite, including, but not limited to, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Inventor, Navisworks, Revit, Robot, and Vault.
• Experience working with and/or administering other CAD platforms (i.E. Bentley, PTC, and/or SOLIDWORKS) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently.
• Strong initiative and self-directed attitude with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to engage with global teams and stakeholders.
• Experience developing extensibilities for Autodesk products, with preference for Plant 3D, Inventor, and/or Vault is a plus.
