Engineering Supervisor – Bus & Coach Fleet
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £48,400 + Benefits
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
 
The Role of the Engineering Supervisor
As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the fleet is maintained to the highest possible standards of safety, compliance, reliability and presentation.
You will help lead and motivate the engineering team while ensuring vehicle availability meets operational demands.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Supervisor

Supervise the maintenance, inspection and servicing of the PSV fleet while supporting the Engineering Manager with the day-to-day running of the workshop
Allocate planned and reactive maintenance work effectively, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and minimal downtime
Lead, support and develop engineers and apprentices while promoting high standards of health & safety, workmanship and workshop performance
